Albariño is one of the oldest grape varietals. On the nose, expect aromas of nectarine, lime & grapefruit with hints of honeysuckle. On the palate, Albariño wines have a weighty mid-palate and mouth-watering acidity that finishes with salinity and sometimes a subtle tart note (like lime leaves or a citrus pith).
A friend to all things from the sea, Albariño pairs exceptionally well with shellfish, white fish and meats as well as leafy green herbs. Try it with fish tacos.
Light golden apple and a hint of straw in color with a gleam around the glass. Upon opening, the aromas of Asian pear, coconut and white flowers emerge. The palate is soft and inviting with a sea salt mid palate and a light shortbread finish. Pairs perfectly with oysters, mussels & frites and soft cheeses.
A delicate floral bouquet graces the nose and leads to flavors of Asian pears and fresh stone fruit.
This wine pairs beautifully with creamy cheeses, Dungeness Crab and front porch swings.
Chardonnays can be aged in stainless steel or variety of oak barrels, all of which greatly change the perception of the wine on your palate. This 2022 version is full of tropical fruits and asian pear with hints of white peach. Aged in French Oak and Acacia Wood with just a touch of malolactic acid. It has bright fruit with a bit of creaminess that lingers on the finish. This wine tends to disappear very quickly before dinner hits the table. This wine pairs beautifully with Roast Chicken, Steamed Mussels, Salmon and floating down a lazy river.
This Rosé is now our signature rosé of the Estate Petite Sirah. One the nose, this rosé has exceptionally bright aromas of pomello and tangerine zest and slight floral notes. On the palate, this wine has grear fruit; just as you'd expect from the Petite Sirah varietal. It has pronounced acidity and floral nuance to make this wine perfect for summer BBQ's, warm autumn days and pairs perfectly with your holiday celebrations.
